Job Description

The Patient Service Representative Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Cooper Clinic Front Desk. This department plays an essential role in our patient experience. The Patient Services Representative greets patients and initiates the check-in process to ensure each patient receives the correct clinical procedures during their visit. This team member should possess strong communication and customer service skills in accordance with company's policies, core values and strategic objectives.

Cooper Clinic, Dallas, Texas
Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Work hours are typically 40 hours per week; extra hours and varying work days may be required as workload demands.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Serves as the team lead for the teammates in the Patient Services department. Works directly and in a collaborative manner on a daily basis with direct reports and other departments. This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies, core values and strategic objectives.
