Customer Service Representative OfficeTeam has an immediate need for a temporary Customer Service Representative for a downtown client in the financial industry. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for both inbound and outbound calling to customers and will be in support of card products. Daily responsibilities of this Customer Service Representative will include, but not be limited to; looking over fraud alerts and determining if the fraud is real, reviewing their activities, helping customers that have their cards locked, refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation, and keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. This Customer Service Representative position is a temporary opportunity expected to last approximately two months, with a possibility for extension. Hours for this opportunity are Monday-Friday from 2:00pm-11:00pm.
