The Renewal Sales Rep is charged with driving customer adoption. The role and responsibilities for this position include account relationship management, issue mitigation and point of escalation for their assigned customers. The objective of this role is to increase the number of suppliers subscribed and ensure that suppliers have a positive experience. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated the skills / capabilities to work directly with small, medium and large sized businesses that want to drive sales and find new customers. Core to this role are strong account management, strong analytical capabilities, strong written and verbal communication skills, flexibility, exceptional problem solving skills, structured as well as innovative thinking and the ability to work within the various global delivery teams to provide the customer with world-class service on a consistent basis and effective scheduling of services, contract compliance and supporting the Front Office with CRM issues.
