Description


Associated Packaging, a leading independent
packaging distributor, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Rep in the
Louisville, KY area. Candidate must have a strong background in customer
service and data entry skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and
Outlook). Must be able to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and
management. Must have extensive problem solving, organizational, interpersonal
and motivational skills. Leadership experience preferred.


 


 


Responsibilities
include:


 


-Assisting our customers with product
information, order placement, order status inquires, credits, and other related
questions.


-Answering incoming calls.


-Assist management on projects as needed.


-Assist in month end procedures.


-Process paperwork for billing to customers.


-Process paperwork for inventory receiving.


-Keying sales requisitions, bills of lading and
purchase orders relative to stock and direct orders.


-Assists in cycle counts and physical inventory
counts.


-Work weekly on any customer collection issues.


 


Job Requirements

Basic Skills and
Knowledge:


 


-Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
experience required.


-Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in
a fast paced environment.


-Customer service focused, detail oriented.


-Proficient in business math.


-1-3 years of customer service experience preferred.


-Able to adjust priorities and manage time
wisely.


-Above average communication and excellent phone
skills that project a positive attitude.


-Ability to work in a team environment.
