The Accruent Customer Support team goal is to break out of the mold and innovate Customer Support with a focus on the customer experience, problem-solving, and leading with continuous improvement. As one of the leading members of the team, you will play a key role in the execution of our Customer Support strategy and operations by ensuring adherence to all support policies and helping to find and train the team.
The Support Team Lead is responsible for coordinating the work of Support Engineers who provide support for Accruent’s Enterprise Location Management and Facilities Management solutions. The position involves interacting with various departments within Accruent and with the other Support Team Leads to ensure that all teams are trained appropriately. The Support Team Lead is responsible for identifying ways to improve the performance of their team and completing assigned strategic objectives.
