The Account Manager is responsible for achieving a “Trusted Advisor" relationship within assigned clients by establishing trust and rapport with executive leadership and operational managers. As an Account Manager you must be comfortable working at all organizational levels. This position requires a proactive approach to client relationship management and a sense of responsibility for the overall health of clients. Success will be achieved, in part, by identifying Accruent product and services that will drive better client business performance.
